Team 21 Pilot Training System
Training the Australian Defence Force’s next generation of pilots requires a proven, low-risk training system implemented by an established team. As Team 21, Lockheed Martin, Pilatus Aircraft and Hawker Pacific will deliver advanced turboprop aircraft and tailored training solutions to improve graduation rates and better prepare pilots for the future.
Applying experience gained from the delivery of flying training to the Republic of Singapore Air Force (Basic Wings Course) at RAAF Base Pearce, WA, Team 21 offers a capability that can exceed the ADF’s requirements and evolve in line with the introduction of 4th and 5th generation aircraft – at the highest levels of safety and value for money.
