Lockheed Martin Receives $70.5 Million for Egyptian LANTIRN Pods
FARNBOROUGH, UK and ORLANDO, FL, 25-JUL-00 --
Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control-Orlando received a LANTIRN delivery order for 15 Targeting Pods and 15 Navigation pods and associated spares and support under the LANTIRN Requirements Contract. This $70.5M order for the Egyptian Air Force will be augmented with a Contract Change Proposal (CCP) for additional pod spares, Country Standard Tech Orders (CSTOs), and Operational-Level (O-Level) Support Equipment.
This contract represents the third order from a valued customer and enhances the Egyptian Air Force's expanded F-16 fleet, says Barry Campbell, Missiles and Fire Control Regional Manager for LANTIRN - Middle East.
