Lockheed Martin Board Increases Quarterly Dividend 19 Percent To $0.75 Per Share

BETHESDA, Md., 09/23/2010 --

Lockheed Martin Corporation [NYSE: LMT] today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a fourth quarter 2010 dividend of $0.75 per-share. This is the eighth consecutive annual increase in Lockheed Martin's quarterly dividend rate, which is a $0.12 or 19 percent increase over the prior quarter.

The dividend is payable Dec. 31, 2010 to holders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 1, 2010. Payment of future quarterly dividends is subject to Board authorization.
