Corporate Sustainability Council: Lockheed Martin’s Corporate Sustainability Council focuses on enterprise-wide sustainability efforts and ensures they result in long term environmental and social benefits for all of our stakeholders. It also provides strategic guidance on diversity and inclusion today and in the future. The vice president, Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Opportunity Programs is accountable for a team that assesses, develops and implements diversity and inclusion efforts across the Corporation and ensures they are integrated into our broader sustainability strategy.
Diversity Councils: Across Lockheed Martin, the business areas have established diversity councils that align their efforts with the strategic priorities established by the Corporate Sustainability Council. They focus on driving the Corporation’s diversity and inclusion strategy within the businesses to promote an inclusive environment, business innovation and corporate success.
