Lockheed Martin Space's Software Associate Degree Program (SWAP) is a 3-year development program designed to attract, develop and retain early-career technical professionals in software and cyber-related careers.
Students are accepted into the program before they graduate with their associate degree to accelerate the clearance process and be ready to join Lockheed Martin after graduation.

Basic Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Software or Cyber-related associate degree program
- Have at least 4 months or more left to complete an accredited associate degree
- Aspiration to obtain a bachelor's degree

Lockheed Martin Advanced Manufacturing Training Program
Lockheed Martin partners with Valencia College in Orlando, Florida on the Advanced Manufacturing Training program. Students who participate in this program learn hands-on skills that are in demand in for anyone looking to start a career in advanced manufacturing. The 12-week to 6-month-long training programs lead to industry certifications in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining, MSSC Certified Production Technicians, MSSC Certified Logistics Technicians, advanced welding technology, and quality, inspection, and assembly.
