Throughout her seven-year journey with Lockheed Martin, Emily has embraced every opportunity for growth and development.

She’s taken on stretch assignments, relocated across the country, and earned professional certifications—such as becoming a Certified Professional Coach. These experiences, along with mentorship and leadership support, have given Emily the skills and confidence to excel through multiple roles within the HR organization.
