Apprenticeship Program

Earn while you learn.  Our apprenticeship programs provide opportunities to learn in-demand skills for lifelong careers, as they will also earn credits toward an Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology at the College of Central Florida.  Our Ocala Facility is home to apprentices who learn in a classroom mimicking our production line before joining our talented workforce.

“Even though I was starting over in my career and had to learn a new skill, this program provided me with the right tools to learn the specific skills Lockheed Martin uses, and it offers a pathway for growth and greater opportunities for the future.” – Jennifer Roberts, Electronic Associate Apprentice
