In alignment with Lockheed Martin’s commitment to innovation and transformation, we are implementing a new operational structure designed to streamline our processes and systems. This advancement is a significant milestone in our digital and business transformation journey, aimed at re-engineering our operations to enhance efficiency and ability to serve our customers’ needs.

At the heart of this initiative is an alignment of our cost accounting segments with common accounting practices and business processes, and modernized systems. By aligning many of our current cost accounting segments, we aim to simplify our financial management and reporting processes, leading to new common disclosure statements, providing greater transparency for stakeholders and enabling informed decision-making.
