OFFICIAL RULES ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILTY
As a condition of my participation in the Lockheed Martin CODE QUEST competition, I hereby:
- Acknowledge that I have read and agree to comply with the Official Rules for the CODE QUEST competition; and
- Agree to release and hold harmless Lockheed Martin, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of or relating to my participation in the CODE QUEST competition.
